The Sauce runs all kinds of events - from intro experiences to deeper and sexier offerings.

Our monthly Sauce is our community connection party, like a fun monthly reunion. It's also the gateway to go deeper into our community. Our more intensive events require some Sauce attendance, as this is where you'll get a feeling for our vibe and gain erotic skills & experience.

⚠️ The Sauce is a SEXY party - not a sex party. The rules and boundaries of the Sauce are:

• No intoxication, drugs, or alcohol. This is a sober event
• No touching genitals with hands, faces, or mouths, even through clothing - consensual bumping and grinding is fine
• No approaching and touching someone from behind without pre-consent. Pre-consent in this case means an existing, intimate relationship where you are certain they'd be delighted at being surprised by you
• Topless-optional event - an exposed chest doesn't indicate any level of consent for touch or interaction

Moondrop is a rising force on the scene as a genre bending Producer, Vocalist, DJ, Freestylist and Violinist. Her music and style reflect her soulful roots and love for low end, born and raised in Memphis, TN, she merges lyrically and melodic driven songwriting (somewhere between Mantra, Celestial, Hip Hop & RnB vibes) into lush, Organic Bass driven renditions inspired by her connection to the Earth, Ancient & Esoteric teachings, her work with Indigenous tribes and Plant Medicine, and her roots in Hip hop and the Blues. Moondrop’s sets break the confines of expectation, whether she’s throwing down a deep bass set, singing sensual R&B originals, freestyling in the moment, guiding an evocative Ecstatic dance journey or landing the spaceship with an ambient multi-instrumental sound journey, Moondrop’s intention is the same: to create music that feels real, grounded, and transformative.

Entirely self-taught in music production, Moondrop has dedicated herself to uplifting feminine representation in the music industry, helping launch some of the first music production curriculums created solely for womxn—programs that have since evolved into all gender inclusive spaces, educating and empowering thousands on their musical paths.

Moondrop believes music is much more than entertainment- focused on genuine connection rather than chasing trends, she is here for the real ones that see music as a platform to speak to shape culture and inspire change. She actively uses her platform to support projects and causes that serve the greater good and right relationship between all people and this planet.

Moondrop has collaborated with a wide range of respected artists across the conscious bass and world music scenes and performed for the last ten years as an internationally and globally touring artist.

Laura Michele has been in the field of somatics and trauma healing for over a decade. She has helped facilitate breathwork and embodiment practices in several modalities and is excited to help folks find new ways to relate to their bodies. 

Sensual Wrestling with Jason Rich

Quite often wrestling is associated with winning and we often skip all of the yummy nuances that are possible to experience. Sensual Wrestling is a transpersonal practice that blends contact improv, playful wrestling, primal play and push energy that holds the potential of bringing erotic energy and power dynamics into play. We slow down to a pace where it’s an empowering practice of learning how to bring more attunement, passion, primal energy, aggression and playing with tension safely with others by looking through the lenses of air, water, earth and fire…along with a few other fun sprinklings. You can come with someone and stay together for the whole class or come alone and build rapport/trust with others to dive deeper into this practice/play with.
